To help train members and create employment for them in the cultural industry as professional workshop leaders, technical engineers, tour managers and event producers.
To tour the choir nationally and internationally.
To be a medium through which members of the choir can develop their songs, arrangements and other creative potentials.
To produce CDs and videos of the very highest standards, which we aim to promote throughout the world, bringing the choir to ever larger audiences.
To provide backing singers and musicians to other artists for performances and recordings.
To be a means for performers to develop their potential to the full and help launch their careers

To create a platform of excellence for the national and international promotion of African gospel singers, musicians, dancers, and other performing arts.
To popularise African influenced gospel music within the church and the secular world.
